At a very young age, Danny used his childhood home as a focus for his passion for design. On weekends, he arranged furniture to experiment with different interior looks and even tore down the paneling in the sitting room once while his parents were on vacation in Hawaii.
“Much to their surprise,” he said. “But, it turned out more beautiful than they ever thought possible.”
Today, with more than 30 years of experience in the design field, Daniel has an affinity for a neutral background with colorful artwork and accessories. He loves to mix modern pieces with antiques and mid-century pieces for a “collected look.”
Danny graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in interior design and worked for Roche Bobois and The Art Institute before joining the Gorman’s team, where he now works in the Novi showroom. His design aesthetic spans styles from eclectic, transitional, modern and traditional to coastal.
