  • Every item is received and inspected for visible damage.
  • Products are tagged, barcoded, and stored in a climate-controlled warehouse for protection.
  • Items are easy to retrieve and carefully tracked every step of the way.
  • Before your furniture ever leaves our facility, it is reviewed three separate times:
  • Inspected upon receipt
  • Inspected and “deluxed” in our prep shop
  • Inspected again during truck loading

Each piece is:

  • Cleaned to remove shipping marks
  • Touched up as needed
  • Adjusted or re-engineered if required
