Our Delivery Process: Built for Peace of Mind
- Every item is received and inspected for visible damage.
- Products are tagged, barcoded, and stored in a climate-controlled warehouse for protection.
- Items are easy to retrieve and carefully tracked every step of the way.
- Before your furniture ever leaves our facility, it is reviewed three separate times:
- Inspected upon receipt
- Inspected and “deluxed” in our prep shop
- Inspected again during truck loading
Each piece is:
- Cleaned to remove shipping marks
- Touched up as needed
- Adjusted or re-engineered if required
- Brought up to Gorman’s quality standards, which often exceed manufacturer requirements
- Every technician signs off on the work they perform—your assurance of accountability and care.
- Deliveries are carefully routed and scheduled to honor time requests whenever possible (99% success rate).
- The day before delivery, we contact you with a three-hour delivery window.
- Final details are reviewed and any remaining balances are handled in advance.
- On delivery day, your driver calls when they are on the way.
